Traveling Tails

Traveling Tails Transport Program started in October 2020 as a new life-saving program for Humane Society, Tennessee Valley. This program enables us to transport at risk animals from East Tennessee to animal shelters across the country in an effort to save more lives. The organizations that receive our animals, called destination shelters, have such effective spay/neuter programs that when their cages are empty they contact us to transport adoptable animals to them. It's the perfect partnership because we see an abundance of animals in need from our partner shelters right here in our own backyard.
