July Volunteer Of The Month: Winter Ford
Our Volunteer of the Month for July is someone who embodies what it means to serve with compassion, resilience, and heart. Please join us in celebrating the amazing Winter Ford, a true hero for the animals in our care! 🤩💕🎉
Winter is the kind of volunteer that every organization dreams of. No matter the challenge, she shows up ready to help with a smile and determination that’s absolutely contagious. Whether it’s caring for ringworm-positive puppies, helping overwhelmed dogs who need a little help with potty training, or patiently working with shut-down pups learning how to trust again, Winter never hesitates to step up.
Her ability to adapt to every situation and provide the individualized care our animals need is unmatched. It’s not just her willingness to help, but the love, patience, and skill she brings to every interaction that sets her apart. Her calm presence can turn fear into trust and uncertainty into hope.
With over 450 hours of service (and counting!), Winter has become a vital part of our mission and a beloved member of the HSTV family. Her impact is felt not just by our staff and fellow volunteers, but by every animal she’s helped along the way.
Winter, your dedication to saving lives inspires us daily. Thank you for being such a shining example of what it means to be a lifesaver. We truly don’t know what we’d do without you! ♥️🐾
