Monthly Giving
Monthly giving allows you to conveniently support the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley through bank withdrawals, credit card, or a monthly check. Your donation is critical to our success to partner with area shelters to save adoptable animals from euthanasia. Here is how your donation can impact what we do every day to save more lives.
- Help feed a small dog or cat while they wait to meet their forever family for just $15 a month.
- Help provide critical support to our Adoption, Foster, Education, Volunteer and Outreach programs for just $25 a month.
- Help purchase a heartworm test with results that could save a life for just $30 a month.
- Help fully vaccinate a cat or dog to protect them from illness for just $50 a month.
- Help a heartworm positive dog receive treatment and a second chance at life for $100 a month.
One-Time Giving
Your donation to the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley helps support our mission to save lives from rural shelters across East Tennessee. We transport animals that would be at risk for euthanasia from rural shelters to our animal shelter in Knoxville. We provide medical care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and a microchip to ensure each animal is ready for their best days ahead in their new home. Did we mention the love and care each animal receives from staff and volunteers every day during their stay with us? We have a dedicated staff that works 365 days a year to help save lives. The animals depend on your generosity, we depend on you so we can continue to make an impact in the communities we serve.
Memorials and Honorariums
Donations to the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley are a wonderful way to honor and memorialize loved ones, including the companion animals that we hold close to our hearts. Please consider making a donation in celebration of their life. If requested, we can send a card to the family of those being honored or memorialized.
Heartworm Fund
The Heartworm Fund at the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley is a critical program that allows us to transfer in heartworm positive dogs from our partner shelters. Because the treatment is so costly and time consuming, most rural shelters do not have the funding or the space to treat the dogs that come in and test positive. That is where your donation becomes a critical part of this lifesaving program. Every dollar adds up to the treatments needed not only to save their life from this disease but to give the dog a second chance, once treated, to find love in a new home. Please consider donating to the Heartworm Fund today.
